Returns and Exchanges

At TC Nursery, we strive to provide the highest quality plants and gardening products. Due to the perishable nature of our plants and the care required to maintain their health, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any plants or goods.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at  954-391-1537 to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within the same day of delivery. We will require a photo of the damaged item to process your claim. Please send this information to trimmingandcutting@outlook.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
